WATCH: Koch Brothers' LIBRE Initiative Begins Airing Ads Targeting Reps. Barber, Kirkpatrick (FOLLOWING MONEY IN ARIZONA'S POLITICS)

(UPDATE, 8:45am:  LIBRE Spokesman Brian Faughnan confirms to Arizona's Politics that "LIBRE is spending over $700,000 on the two ads launching today.")

(Note: There are conflicting media reports on how much will be spent in this ad campaign.  Arizona's Politics has asked for more information, and will supplement.)

Two new ads from the Koch Brothers'-bankrolled, Hispanic-focused organization, LIBRE Initiative, begin airing today in Arizona, targeting Democratic Reps. Ron Barber and Ann Kirkpatrick for their support of Obamacare (formally and/or formerly known as the Affordable Care Act).

The ads use similar statements that previous ads from Americans for Prosperity used to urge viewers to call their Representative and tell them that Obamacare does not work.  The only real differences are that these ads use an Hispanic narrator and feature photos of distraught Hispanic families.

The ads begin airing this morning and are currently scheduled to run through next Friday. LIBRE states that it is spending more than $700,000 airing the two ads.  While the total amount of the ad buy was not yet released, they are spending $13,812 at one Phoenix TV station (ABC 15).

Barber:

The LIBRE Initiative is part of the network of organizations largely funded by Charles and David Koch, and received nearly $3.8 Million from other Koch-funded trusts.  It is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization.

Below the jump is the text of the two spots, as provided by the LIBRE Initiative.

Narrator:
Why should we pay for this Obamacare mess?
In Arizona, a 27 year-old Hispanic could have their insurance premium more than double.
Why does Ron Barber support ObamaCare?
Families are having their insurance cancelled.
Seniors losing their doctors.
And young people pay more.
Congressman Barber, we deserve better.
Tell Congressman Barber: "Obamacare is NOT working."

It was supposed to help, but instead over two million fewer jobs because of Obamacare.
Thousands less in Arizona.
Full time jobs...are becoming part-time jobs.
Families are getting their current plans cancelled.
And seniors are losing their family doctor.
Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick voted for Obamacare.
Tell Ann Kirkpatrick: Obamacare doesn't work.
